Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identifying new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Pipeline Management: Nurturing prospects through various sales stages—from initial contact to closing—and updating CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Conducting online demos to showcase product features and benefits, tailored to customer needs.
  • Closing Deals & Negotiation: Handling pricing negotiations and closing sales agreements to meet or exceed revenue quotas.
  • Inbound Inquiry Handling: Responding to marketing-generated leads promptly to qualify interest.
  • Relationship Management: Building rapport with potential clients and maintaining relationships for upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence: Gathering feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor products to inform sales strategies
