Job Description
Making outbound and handling inbound calls to promote products/services, and provide customer support.
As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company. In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.
Telecallers must be able to influence customer decisions and handle objections confidently.
Contacts potential clients and customers to generate sales
A telecaller is responsible for initiating or receiving phone calls to promote products, services, or provide customer support to drive business growth
