Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, promoting products, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services to customers.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and prospects.
• Handle customer questions and resolve basic concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
• Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; graduate preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or local language.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
