Job Description
Looking for a Telecaller for Loan Process is responsible for initiating contact with prospective or existing customers to promote, explain, and sell various loan products (personal, business, home loans). They act as the first point of contact to generate leads, gather essential documentation, and assist in moving the client through the loan approval funnel.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Proactively call potential customers from provided data to pitch financial products (loans, insurance).
- Loan Product Explanation: Clearly explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms.
- Lead Generation & Follow-up: Identify interested leads and follow up consistently to convert them into successful loan applications.
- Documentation Management: Assist customers in collecting and verifying required documents for the loan process.
