Job Description

Job Title: Telecalling ExecutiveJob DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused female Telecalling Executives to join our team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contact customers and explain the company's products and services.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Follow up with interested customers and assist them throughout the process.
  • Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for smooth processing.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly business targets.


Requirements

  • Female candidates only.
  • Minimum 3–6 months of experience in telecalling, sales, or a related field.
  • Telugu language proficiency is mandatory.
  • Good communication skills in English, Kannada, or Hindi.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
