Telecollection Executive

We are hiring tele collection executive for our Bangalore branch. For both fresher and experience.

Please find the below role and responsibility.

• Core ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling: Initiating calls to delinquent (overdue) account holders to remind them of their outstanding balances and request payment.
• Negotiating Payment Plans: Assessing the customer's financial situation and negotiating mutually acceptable payment plans or settlements within company guidelines.
• Tracking and Documentation: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date logs of all customer interactions, payment commitments, and reasons for non-payment in the collection database.
• Skip Tracing: Utilizing basic research tools and databases to locate customers whose contact information is out of date or incorrect.
• Query Resolution: Handling customer complaints or disputes regarding billing errors and coordinating with the accounts or billing team to resolve them.
• Compliance: Ensuring all calls and recovery practices strictly follow financial regulations, data privacy laws, and fair debt collection practices.
