Job Description
Job Title:Telesales Executive – Resort Sales
Location:Hong Sau Resort, Tavarekere
Job Summary:Hong Sau Resort is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to generate bookings and sales through outbound and inbound calling. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting resort packages, converting leads into bookings, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads
- Handle inbound inquiries for resort bookings, events, day outings, and stay packages
- Explain resort packages, offers, amenities, and pricing to customers
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and sales
- Follow up with leads regularly through calls and WhatsApp
- Coordinate with reservation and operations team for smooth booking process
- Maintain customer database and sales records
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Promote corporate events, family outings, birthday celebrations, and group bookings
- Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills
- Fluency in English, Kannada, Hindi, or multiple languages preferred
- Experience in telesales, hospitality sales, travel, or customer support preferred
- Basic computer and CRM/Excel knowledge
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
