Telecaller Job DescriptionJob Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to connect with customers, explain our products and services, generate leads, and maintain good customer relationships. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

  • ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers and prospects
  • Explain company products and services clearly
  • Generate and follow up on leads
  • Maintain customer database and call records
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
  • RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi, English, and Kannada (preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle customer conversations confidently
  • Positive attitude and convincing skills
  • Previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage
