Job Description
Looking for Telesales Executive for HVAC sales drives revenue by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and booking appointments over the phone. They match customers with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning products, converting inquiries into sales and supporting field teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound calls, cold emails, and digital outreach to both residential and B2B (business-to-business) clients.
- Needs Assessment: Identify customer HVAC needs, explain product features (e.g., VRF systems, chillers, split ACs), and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and schedule on-site visits or technical consultations for field sales engineers and technicians.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Platform with call outcomes, lead status, and client details.
- Objection Handling: Address customer concerns regarding pricing, installation, and energy efficiency, and professionally resolve complaints.
- Follow-Ups: Track inquiries, send quotations, and follow up to close deals or encourage repeat business and referrals
