Job Title: Partner Executive

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary: The Partner Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with truck owners on the Lobb platform. This role involves close coordination with internal teams, providing partner support, and ensuring seamless communication to deliver quality service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure satisfaction and retention. • Coordinate with operations and customer support teams for trip assignments, payments, and issue resolution. • Follow up regularly with partners for POD submission, payment updates, and documentation compliance. • Educate partners on app usage, company policies, and new features. • Handle partner escalations with empathy and provide timely resolutions. • Maintain accurate records of partner communications, trip updates, and feedback. • Identify inactive or low-performing partners and take corrective actions to improve engagement.

Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field. • 1–2 years of experience in logistics or partner management (preferred). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (proficiency in Hindi, English, and regional languages preferred). • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. • Customer-focused attitude with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
