Training Manager (NEXA)

We are looking for an experienced Automobile Professional for the role of Training Manager – NEXA.

The candidate will be responsible for training new hires on automobile industry practices, NEXA products, sales process, customer handling, and dealership operations.

The role also includes conducting refresher training programs for existing staff to enhance performance and customer experience as per NEXA standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Conduct induction and onboarding training for new employees.
• Train teams on NEXA products, features, variants, competitors, and sales process.
• Conduct refresher training programs for existing sales and CRM teams.
• Improve customer handling, communication, and showroom experience standards.
• Support teams with process adherence as per Maruti Suzuki / NEXA guidelines.
• Conduct role plays, assessments, and performance improvement sessions.
• Identify training needs and prepare monthly training calendars.
• Monitor training effectiveness and submit reports to management.
• Assist showroom teams in improving enquiry conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Automobile Industry.
• Prior experience in Sales Training / Retail Training preferred.
• Experience in NEXA / Maruti Suzuki dealership will be an added advantage.
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of automobile sales process.
• Kannada language is mandatory.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
