Job Description
- Outbound Calling: Contact borrowers via phone to remind them of overdue loan payments.
- Negotiation: Discuss repayment options and negotiate feasible payment plans.
- Follow-up: Track commitments made by borrowers and ensure timely follow-up.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of calls, agreements, and payment updates.
- Compliance: Ensure all recovery activities comply with RBI guidelines and company policies.
- Customer Support: Provide borrowers with information about repayment procedures and assist in resolving disputes.
- Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on recovery progress and share with management.
