📝 Job Overview: We are hiring a Travel Desk Coordinator to handle customer travel inquiries, bookings, and end-to-end coordination of travel services ensuring smooth customer experience.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer travel inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Book domestic & international air tickets, hotels, holiday packages, and transport
• Provide travel options, fare details, and itineraries
• Manage booking changes, cancellations, and refunds
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors
• Assist with visa, travel insurance, and documentation
• Maintain booking records and client data
• Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
• Stay updated with travel trends, offers, and regulations
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
• Both male & female candidates can apply

• Good communication skills required
🗣️ Languages Required:
• Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu
• Malayalam is an added advantage (priority will be given)
