We obsess over premium ingredients, beautiful spaces, and creating moments of pure joy for every guest who walks through our doors. With 10 outlets across the city, we're looking for passionate, detail-oriented people to help us keep the delight alive.

The Role

As an Outlet Manager at Art of Delight, you own your outlet — end to end. From the scoop counter to the last guest review, you're responsible for the experience, the team, the product, and the numbers. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who takes pride in running a tight, beautiful, guest-first operation.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Operations & Maintenance

• Ensure the outlet is always clean, well-maintained, and fully functional — plumbing, electrical, equipment, signages, fixtures
• Maintain hygiene across all areas including the counter, bathrooms, outside areas, and ensure regular pest control
• Ensure displays are visually stunning and full at all times; name tags neat and correct
• Maintain ambience - monitor plants, make sure the right music is playing, etc.
• Monitor and maintain all online ordering metrics — kitchen prep time, mark food ready rate, ratings, and order accuracy

Inventory & Product

• Maintain and monitor inventory; flag shortages proactively
• Ensure all flavours are available throughout service hours
• In case of any stock shortage, take immediate action to replenish
• Track expiry and wastage; minimise losses

Team

• Mentor, groom, and manage your outlet team
• Handle scheduling, attendance, and day-to-day coordination
• Onboard and train new joiners

Guest Experience

• Deliver the best possible experience for every guest who visits
• Handle feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain Google, Swiggy, and Zomato ratings
• Collect customer phone numbers at the point of billing

Compliance & Reporting

• Complete all daily checklists and adhere to SOPs
• Handle daily cash reconciliation and sales reporting
• Escalate issues and report outlet performance to the operations team

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality operations
• Someone who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told
• Strong people skills — with guests and with your team
• Comfortable with online platforms (Swiggy, Zomato, Google)
• Eye for detail — displays, cleanliness, product presentation
• Calm under pressure, especially during peak hours
