We are looking for a creative, skilled, and customer-focused Unisex Hair Dresser to join our salon team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cutting, styling, and coloring hair for both men and women, delivering a premium and satisfying grooming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hair Styling: Consult with clients to understand their needs, providing expert advice on the latest hairstyles and trends.
• Hair Cutting & Trimming: Perform precise haircuts, beard trimming, and shaving.
• Chemical Treatments: Execute high-quality hair smoothening, straightening, keratin, botox, nanoplastia, coloring, and root touch-ups.
• Hair Care: Wash, shampoo, and condition hair, as well as administer spa and deep-conditioning scalp treatments.
• Salon Maintenance: Ensure workstation hygiene, sterilize tools, and maintain professional salon safety standards.
• Customer Service: Build long-term client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Hair Stylist, Hairdresser, or Barber.
• Strong technical expertise in modern hair cutting and styling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and an up-to-date knowledge of international hair trends.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle clients politely.
