Vending Machine Head

SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Vending Machine Head to oversee the complete operations of our vending machine business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for machine deployment, installation, product procurement, sales and marketing support, technical operations, and coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients. The role requires strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage end-toend vending machine operations efficiently.

TECHNICAL SKILLS TECHNICAL SKILLS

·      Strong knowledge of vending machine operations and deployment

·      Technical knowledge of machine configuration, product loading, and basic troubleshooting Understanding of networking concepts related to vending machine connectivity

·      Experience in product procurement and vendor management

·      Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and reporting tools

·      Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills

·      Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·      Strong leadership and team coordination abilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – OPERATIONS & DEPLOYMENT

- Plan and manage vending machine deployment at client locations.

- Coordinate machine installation, commissioning, and relocation activities.

- Ensure timely maintenance and smooth functioning of vending machines.

- Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT

- Configure and operate vending machines, including adding and updating products.

 - Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.

- Manage machine networking and connectivity for seamless operations.

- Coordinate with technical support teams for advanced troubleshooting and repairs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – PROCUREMENT & INVENTORY

- Manage procurement of products, machine spare parts, and consumables.

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.

- Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock availability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

- Support sales and marketing initiatives to expand vending machine business.

- Identify new business opportunities and client locations for machine deployment.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and site evaluations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – COORDINATION & COMMUNICATION-

 Coordinate with internal teams, service engineers, vendors, and clients for smooth project execution.

- Handle professional email communication and prepare operational reports.

- Maintain proper documentation of installations, service records, and inventory.

- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and operational issues.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or any relevant discipline. Candidates with experience in vending machines, retail automation, FMCG, or technical operations will be preferred

EXPERIENCE

 3–8 years of relevant experience in vending machine operations, technical support, field operations, or related industries.

WORKING DAYS Monday to Saturday
