The Videographer & Editor is a creative and tech-savvy professional responsible for capturing compelling footage and transforming raw content into polished, high-quality videos that showcase the elegance and craftsmanship of our jewellery collections. You will work closely with the creative team to bring the brands vision to life, ensuring each video aligns with marketing objectives and visually communicates the brands premium quality. This hybrid role combines videography skills with cutting-edge AI editing tools to enhance workflow efficiency and deliver premium, platform-ready content across multiple digital channels. In this role, you will be responsible for all stages of production from capturing engaging video footage to comprehensive post-production tasks, including video editing, color correction, sound design, and incorporating motion graphics when necessary. Leveraging AI-powered editing tools will be essential to streamline workflows and enhance video quality. Your ability to create visually engaging content will be key to maintaining the brands visual identity across multiple platforms. While the primary focus is on videography, editing and AI post-production, strong skills in motion graphics will significantly elevate your contribution to the team when required.

Key Points and Result Areas

• Video Production

Plan, shoot, and direct high-quality video content,

ensuring the final output reflects the brands

premium positioning.

• AI-Assisted Editing

Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., Runway, Pika,

Adobe Firefly, Topaz Video AI) to enhance

workflows such as auto-reframing, upscaling,

background removal, or scene generation.

• Manual Post-Production

Edit raw footage into polished videos, including

color correction, audio syncing, transitions, pacing,

and storytelling.

• Motion Graphics

Incorporate motion design elements where

needed, using tools like After Effects or AI-based

animation platforms.

• Creative Collaboration

Work with the creative and marketing teams to

brainstorm, storyboard, and execute content ideas

aligned with campaign goals.

• Studio & Equipment Maintenance

Organizational skills to maintain the studio,

equipment, and inventory efficiently.

• Quality Control

Understanding of lighting, composition, and

camera techniques to capture high-quality shots of

small, intricate products.
