The Role As an Account Manager, you will be the primary link between Talent Grid’s platform value and our ecosystem partners. You are responsible for ensuring that every agency and brand that signs up becomes an active, successful participant. You will own the entire post-signup journey—from initial onboarding to long-term relationship management and platform adoption.
- Key Responsibilities End-to-End Onboarding: Lead the setup process for creative agencies and brand clients, ensuring a seamless transition onto the platform.
- Profile Optimization: Consult with agencies to build high-quality, verified profiles that showcase their work, team expertise, and category specializations to attract brand decision-makers.
- User Education: Conduct demos and training sessions for brand-side users (Founders, MDs, Marketing Leads) on how to effectively use the platform to discover and evaluate partners.
- Ecosystem Growth: Build and maintain deep relationships across both sides of the marketplace to drive retention and active usage.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent Talent Grid at industry events, agency meetups, and marketing forums to expand the platform's network.
- Product Feedback Loop: Act as the "voice of the customer," collecting structured feedback to influence the product roadmap.
- Success Metrics: Track and report on account health, onboarding completion rates, and engagement metrics using CRM and internal tools.
- What We’re Looking For Experience: 3–4 years in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Partnerships. Experience in Advertising, Mar Tech, or B2B SaaS is highly preferred.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (CEOs, Founders, and Brand Managers) with clarity and professional confidence.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Indian advertising and creative agency landscape. You should know how brands think when selecting a creative partner.
- Networking Skills: A natural "door-opener" who enjoys building long-term professional networks.
- Technical Savvy: Quick to learn new software and platform features; ability to explain technical workflows in simple, benefit-driven language.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and modern AI productivity tools.
- Attributes: Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple high-value accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
