Sando Club is Bangalore’s first gourmet sandwich brand. Imagine the flavour, discipline and craft of a fine-dining kitchen wrapped in the energy of a fun, mad, all-out sandwich shop in the centre of Bangalore. We've been open since Aug'25, and will be spreading our brand across to more outlets and cities in the future.

Front of House Server & Guest Experience Host

📍 Location: Primrose Road, Bangalore

📅 Start Date: July 2025

💼 Compensation: ₹22,000 – ₹23,000 (based on experience)

🕐 Shift: 10 hours/day · 6 days/week

What You'll Do

You're not just a server-you're the guest's first smile, their flavor guide, and their reason to come back.

. Greet every guest like they're royalty (and treat them even better)

. Take orders with warmth, accuracy, and swagger-whether at the table or counter

. Build actual relationships with customers. Learn names. Remember regulars. Drop jokes.

. Serve food with timing and flair. Stay alert and intuitive to guest needs.

. Know our menu inside-out-and make recommendations like a sandwich sommelier

. Upsell without pressure, and create small moments of magic that feel personal

. Help clear tables, manage seating flow, and keep the energy alive on the floor

. Handle billing & POS smoothly-mistake-free and with a smile

Who You Are

· Fluent in English & Hindi, confident speaker, natural with people

· At ease talking to anyone-gen-z kids, grumpy uncles, or date-night duos

. Obsessed with good hospitality and making people feel like they belong

. Presentable, energetic, and alert

. 2=3 years experience in F&B service preferred-but personality > resume
