Job Description – Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end shipment coordination through CRM, ensure timely dispatch execution, and act as a bridge between Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts teams. This role is critical to ensuring fast, accurate, and reliable order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shipment Management (CRM)

• Process and manage all shipment activities through CRM.
• Ensure orders are correctly updated from dispatch initiation to final delivery status.
• Maintain accurate documentation and tracking records.

2. Dispatch Coordination

• Coordinate with warehouse teams to prioritise urgent dispatches.
• Monitor daily dispatch schedules and resolve bottlenecks proactively.

3. Invoice Verification

• Verify invoice acknowledgements before dispatch.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant before shipment release.
• Coordinate with accounts/invoice team for any discrepancies.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Invoice teams to ensure smooth dispatch flow.
• Provide regular updates to internal teams on dispatch status.

5. Logistics Booking

• Arrange and book logistics services such as Porter, local transporters, and courier partners.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under time pressure.
• Basic understanding of logistics, dispatch, and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).
• Attention to detail and process-driven mindset.

Working Details

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
