Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to inbound calls.
  • Analyze call data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
  • Coordinate with the call center/support team to ensure accurate data tracking.
  • Create dashboards and reports using Excel.
  • Ensure timely and error-free reporting to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the operations team to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS reporting, preferably in a call center or support function.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must-have).
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
