Job Description
Greet and direct customers
Use pleasant language and anticipate your clients' requirements to build and maintain a
positive relationship with them.
Give knowledge & correct guidance to customers while they are making their purchase.
Sell Products by establishing contacts & developing relationships with the clients.
Maintain and build relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and
customer satisfaction.
Eensure racks are fully stocked take care of the display
Manage returns of merchandise
Promptly submitting customers' purchase orders to the relevant department for
processing
Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain
customer loyalty
Inform customers about discounts and special offers
Providing after Sales service to the customers. Maintaining Inventory & Collection of
Customer Data
