Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Pigeon retail store. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining store standards to deliver an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable kitchen appliances and products
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Demonstrate product features (cookware, gas stoves, small appliances, etc.)
Ensure proper display and cleanliness of the store
Handle billing and basic cash transactions
Maintain stock levels and inform management about shortages
Follow store SOPs (opening/closing checklist, grooming standards, etc.)
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Any graduate preferred)
1–2 years of retail sales experience (preferably in appliances or electronics)
Good communication skills (Kannada & Basic English)
Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems
Presentable and customer-friendly attitude
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
Incentives based on sales performance
Weekly off + statutory benefits as applicable
Working Hours
10:30 AM to 8:30 PM and
11:30 AM to 9:30 PM (as per store timings)
