Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and follow-ups
* Counsel students and parents on academic programs and career paths
* Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
* Drive student enrollments and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
* Manage the complete admission process from inquiry to enrollment
* Assist students with documentation and application formalities
* Provide accurate information on courses, fees, and admission criteria
* Maintain and update records using CRM systems
* Build strong relationships with students and parents
Requirements
* Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
* 6 months of experience in sales / counseling / inside sales
* Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment
* Good interpersonal and convincing skills
* Experience with CRM tools is a plus
* Strong listening, presentation, and negotiation skills
Work Details
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
