Primary Sales Categories

• Inside Sales/Inside Enrollment: High-volume phone calls, emails, and Zoom meetings to convert inquiries into enrolled students.
• B2C Sales: Direct selling to individuals (students/parents) in a consultative manner.
• Relationship-Driven Sales: Focuses on guiding students through academic counseling, building trust to ensure enrollment.
• Target-Oriented: Admission counselors often manage a sales quota or enrollment targets (e.g., number of students enrolled per session)

Key Sales Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion: Following up on inquiries from social media, websites, or referrals to secure enrollments.
• Target Achievement: Meeting monthly or quarterly admission quotas set by the institution.
• Negotiation & Persuasion: Explaining course value, addressing objections, and sometimes negotiating course packages or scholarships.
• CRM Management: Using tools like LeadSquared to track the "sales funnel" and student interaction history
