Academic Operations & Student Support Executive

Operations & Student Support Executive to manage the smooth day-to-day operations of our online and offline classes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and share online class links and reminders on time.
• Share notes, DPPs, worksheets and practice materials with students.
• Respond to enrolled students' WhatsApp queries professionally.
• Maintain and update student data in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Create Student IDs and maintain student records.
• Add enrolled students to relevant WhatsApp groups/communities.
• Maintain online/offline student attendance.
• Coordinate with faculty for notes, worksheets and academic materials.
• Schedule demos, share demo links and send reminders to students.
• Maintain demo, enquiry and syllabus-completion records.
• Upload class videos and academic materials when required.
• Support day-to-day offline centre operations.
• Maintain daily/weekly task trackers and ensure all assigned work is completed on time.

Requirements:

• Graduate with minimum 3 year of work experience.
• Previous experience in operations, student support, administration, customer support, coaching institute, school or EdTech preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, Zoom/Google Meet and basic computer applications.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Must be punctual, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Experience in an education/coaching institute is preferred.
