About the Role

As an Account Executive at Bajaj Finance Limited, you will be deployed at Manipal Hospital, Jayanagar branch Bengaluru. You will act as the key point of contact for patients and their attendants, offering No EMI products financing to ease their medical expenses. This is a high-energy, target-driven role ideal for individuals with strong communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach doctor assistants, cash patients, and patient attendants within the hospital premises
  • Explain product features, benefits, and terms in a simple and patient-friendly manner
  • Collect required documents and process loan/EMI applications end-to-end
  • Achieve monthly sales targets to earn incentives
  • Maintain records of leads, conversions, and daily activities
  • Build strong relationships with hospital staff for referrals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and RBI guidelines
  • Provide post-sale support and handle customer queries professionally

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)
  • Languages: Kannada, English & Hindi (preferred)
  • Age: 18–30 years
