Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
- Verify customer identity documents (PAN, Aadhaar, Passport, etc.)
- Review and validate KYC forms and supporting documents
- Conduct risk assessment and customer profiling
- Ensure compliance with AML and regulatory policies
- Identify suspicious transactions and escalate when required
- Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records
- Coordinate with internal teams for KYC clarification
- Update customer records in CRM or internal systems
- Ensure turnaround time (TAT) and quality standards are met
