Job SummaryWe are urgently hiring a Travel Desk Coordinator for an MNC with strong experience in managing end-to-end corporate travel operations, including domestic and international travel arrangements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise all travel arrangements (domestic & international).
• Maintain strong relationships with travel agencies and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts with travel service providers.
• Handle ticket bookings and expense reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies and procedures.
• Suggest improvements and innovations in travel programs.
• Book visa appointments and international air tickets.
• Provide support to employees for flights, hotels, and cab arrangements.
• Coordinate end-to-end travel management.
• Manage and activate international roaming services.
• Requirements4–6 years of experience in corporate travel management.
• Hands-on experience with domestic & international travel regulations and currencies.
• Strong knowledge of visa documentation and processes.
• Experience with Travel & Expense (T&E) reporting and processing.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent time-management and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
