Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹47,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 3+ years

Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma (Facility Management preferred)

Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced Facility/Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of residential/commercial properties. The role involves managing maintenance, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth functioning of all facility services.

• Key Responsibilities:Oversee overall facility operations including housekeeping, security, and maintenance
• Manage vendors for services such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil work
• Ensure timely maintenance and resolution of complaints/issues
• Conduct regular inspections of the property and ensure quality standards
• Handle tenant/resident queries and ensure high service satisfaction
• Monitor utility usage (electricity, water, etc.) and optimize costs
• Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and regulatory standards
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to facility operations

• Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in facility/property management
• Strong understanding of maintenance operations (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
• Experience in vendor and team management
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple sites/operations (if required)

• Preferred Skills:Experience in real estate / residential societies / commercial properties
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
