Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive from the building materials industry to drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for expanding our dealer/distributor network, securing institutional project sales, and building strong relationships with builders, architects, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Project Sales: Secure high-volume orders from real estate developers, contractors, and infrastructure projects.
Channel Management: Manage and expand the dealer and distributor network to ensure high product availability and market penetration.
Influencer Engagement: Network with architects, interior designers, and consultants to get our products specified in project designs.
Field Sales & Mapping: Conduct regular site visits, identify upcoming projects, and monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
Commercial Closure: Handle the sales cycle from quotation to tough negotiations, while ensuring timely payment collections.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3–6 years of field sales experience strictly within the building materials sector .
Network: Ready connection with local builders, contractors, and building material dealers.
Skills: Excellent negotiation, commercial acumen (handling credit/margins), and strong communication skills.
Mobility: Must be highly energetic and willing to travel extensively for field and site visits.
Education: Graduate in any stream (Civil Engineering or Business background is a plus).
