Job Description

Key Responsibilities


1. Daily Cash Control- Record daily sales (cash, UPI, card, b2b)- Track expenses

- Maintain opening & closing cash

- Ensure physical cash matches system

- Highlight differences immediately


2. ERP Entry- Sales entry

- Stock Transfer between warehouses

- Purchase entry

- Expense booking

- Payment entries

- Stock loss / spoilage booking


3. Outstanding & Follow-up- Track customer payments

- Track supplier balances

- Assist in follow-ups


4. ReportingDaily:

- Cash summary

- Collection summary

- Highlight mismatches

- Pending payments


Weekly:

- Collections vs expenses

- Pending payments

5. Reconciliation- Cash vs system

- Bank vs ERP

- Supplier/customer balance
