Job Description
Accounts Executive with 5 years of experience manages full-cycle accounting, including general ledger maintenance, month-end closing, bank reconciliations, and statutory compliance (GST/TDS). Experienced candidates are expected to handle complex reconciliation, vendor payments, and assist with audits. Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and strong analytical skills are required.
Key Responsibilities (5+ Years Experience)
- Financial Recording: Maintain the general ledger, perform monthly/annual closings, and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Compliance & Tax: Prepare, verify, and file monthly/quarterly GST returns, TDS challans, and ensure statutory compliance.
- Reconciliation: Perform complex reconciliation of bank statements, vendor accounts, and client ledgers.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage the entire payables and receivables process, including invoice verification, payment processing, and follow-ups.
- Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, schedules, and explanations.
- Reporting: Prepare financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Process Improvement: Drive efficiency in accounting processes and standardization
