Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Intern to support our Finance & Accounts team. This internship provides practical exposure to accounting processes, financial record-keeping, reconciliations, taxation, and financial reporting while working with experienced professionals.

  • Key Responsibilities : Assist in maintaining accounting records and financial documents.
  • Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.
  • Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and expense reports.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
  • Help prepare GST, TDS, or other tax-related documentation (as applicable).
  • Organize and maintain financial files and records.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and MIS.
  • Support internal and external audit activities.
