Accountant

We are a Chartered Accountant firm, Sachin N Jain & Associates, specializing in Direct Taxation, GST, and Accounting & Compliance services. We are looking for a motivated Accountant to join our team and support us in day-to-day accounting and compliance work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts in Tally/other accounting software
• Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation
• Assist in preparation of GST returns, TDS returns, and income tax workings
• Maintain proper documentation of vouchers and invoices
• Coordinate with the CA for audit and compliance-related work

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting (freshers with good knowledge may also apply)
• Good knowledge of accounting principles
• Basic working knowledge of GST & TDS compliance
• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Busy/Zoho Books or similar accounting software
• MS Excel and Word skills
