Accountant

We’re hiring an Accountant at Equipp 🚀

At Equipp, we’re building a rental-first ecosystem for laptops, gaming consoles, and more, helping people and companies access tech without large upfront costs.

We are a team of 2, and looking for our third team member who is strong in accounts!

We’re looking for someone who can go beyond traditional accounting and help us build clean, scalable financial systems.

What you’ll do:

• Manage GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure full compliance
• Handle invoicing across rentals, deposits, and add-ons
• Reconcile orders, payments, and invoices across internal systems
• Track and categorize expenses, and prepare monthly P&L reports
• Work closely with the founder to improve accounting workflows and systems

What we’re looking for:

• 2–5 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GST and Indian compliance
• Experience with Tally or Zoho Books
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets
• Bonus: experience with rentals

This role is ideal for someone who wants ownership, enjoys solving messy real-world problems, and wants to build systems, not just maintain them
