Accounts Receivable (AR)

Billing and Invoicing: Generating and delivering timely, accurate invoices to clients based on sales contracts and verified delivery of services

Cash Application: Recording, categorizing, and applying incoming payments (checks, wire transfers, ACH, credit cards) to the correct customer accounts

Financial Reporting: Preparing reports on cash collections, aging schedules, and bad debt analysis to assist management with forecasting and month-end closures.

Reconciliation and Reporting: Investigating billing discrepancies, updating financial ledgers, and maintaining AR aging reports to track incoming revenue and project cash

 Monthly reconciliation is the process of comparing internal financial records (like subledgers and the general ledger)
