Job Description

Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering

Job Location: Bengaluru

Experience Required: 2–5 years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred

Language: English, Hindi, Kannada (preferred)

  • Key Responsibilities:GeM Portal ManagementHandle complete GeM (Government e-Marketplace) registration and documentation
  • Search and participate in government tenders
  • Prepare bid documents, technical documents, pricing sheets
  • Upload product catalogs, specifications, compliance documents
  • Process order acceptance, invoice submission, payment follow-up
  • Maintain vendor ratings and compliance records
  • Accounts & FinanceManage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP
  • GST filing, TDS filing, reconciliation
  • Purchase, sales, journal, bank reconciliation
  • Accounts receivable and payable management
  • Prepare MIS reports, P&L, balance sheet support
  • ComplianceAudit documentation
  • MSME, statutory and tax-related documentation
  • Coordination with CA, auditors, internal departments
  • Required Skills:Strong knowledge of GeM portal
  • Good knowledge of Tally / ERP
  • GST, TDS, invoicing expertise
  • Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS)
  • Tender documentation experience
  • Preferred Candidate:Manufacturing industry background
  • Government tender handling experience
  • Independent and deadline-oriented
