Shift Handling

Ensure booking & delivery parameters is followed

Vehicle Planning- Supervising 

GA/ route vehicles/ vehicle management - Scanning activities

Timely loading & unloading of vehicle

Managing OTD & OTA

Docket Routing

Managing on time departure of vehicles.

Managing maximum capacity utilization

Quality Check

On-time dispatch of route vehicles arrival vehicles to get required service.

Ensure sufficient stationary stock.

Follow up on ASL
