Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Manager to lead our Sales & Marketing division in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading high-performing teams, and can drive business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Coordinate with senior leadership on business development opportunities
- Prepare performance reports and sales forecasts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a target-driven environment
