Job Summary:

The Team Member in a QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) is responsible for delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers. This role involves taking orders, preparing food items, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive dining experience in a high-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Prepare and serve food and beverages as per company standards
• Operate cash registers/POS systems and handle transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and workstations
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
• Restock supplies and ensure availability of ingredients
• Work efficiently during peak hours and support team members
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies
• Required Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for billing and cash handling
• Team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Prior experience in QSR or hospitality is a plus (not mandatory)
• Working Conditions: Standing for long hours
