Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead branch operations in the Gold Industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in gold appraising, customer handling, sales, negotiation, and branch management. The role involves driving branch business, managing customers, and ensuring smooth operational activities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage overall branch operations and business performance
- Handle branch sales and achieve monthly business targets
- Evaluate and appraise gold accurately as per company standards
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Negotiate with customers and ensure quality service experience
- Monitor branch activities, team performance, and operational compliance
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth branch functioning
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies
