Team Member

We are seeking dedicated and efficient Kitchen Staff for our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team. You will be responsible for food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and supporting the smooth operation of back-of-house tasks to ensure quick and quality service.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and portion sizes
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times (as per FSSAI/local regulations)
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (grill, fryer, oven, etc.)
• Assist in receiving and storing inventory (raw materials, packaging, etc.)
• Keep kitchen stations clean and organized (cleaning surfaces, utensils, and equipment)
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food items during peak hours
• Follow company SOPs for food handling, preparation, and storage
• Dispose of waste in compliance with food safety standards
• Support front-of-house during rush hours when required
• Participate in regular cleaning schedules (deep cleaning, pest control prep, etc.)
• Skills and Qualifications:Prior experience in a QSR or fast-food environment is preferred but not mandatory
• Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit – ability to stand for long hours and perform manual tasks
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Educational Requirements:Minimum: 10th Pass / High School (preferred)
• Certification in Food Safety or Culinary Training is a plus
• Work Environment:Hot and fast-paced kitchen environment
• Noise from kitchen equipment and customer area
• Requires wearing uniforms and personal protective gear (gloves, caps, etc.)
