Stores Executive

Key Responsibilities:

​Material Inward & Inspection: Receive incoming components (active/passive components, PCBs, connectors, hardware), verify them against Purchase Orders (POs) and supplier invoices, and check for any physical damage.

​Component Identification & Storing: Accurately identify electronic components by part numbers, values, and packages, and store them systematically in designated bins/locations to maintain an organized store.

​Material Issuance: Issue kits and components to the production/assembly floor based on the Bill of Materials (BOM) or production schedule, ensuring zero mismatches.

​System Updation: Maintain real-time records of all incoming and outgoing inventory by making accurate entries in Tally and the company's ERP system.

​Documentation: Handle delivery chalans, gate passes, purchase bills, and periodic physical stock verification to ensure system stock matches physical stock.

​Required Skills & Qualifications:

​Prior experience working in the stores department of an electronic assembly or PCB assembly unit is mandatory.

​Strong familiarity with electronic components (resistors, capacitors, ICs, transformers, etc.).

​Hands-on experience with Tally and any manufacturing ERP software.

​Good discipline regarding documentation, traceability, and stock accuracy.
