Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and check day-to-day sales invoices and purchase invoices.
- Match payments and receipts with invoices and maintain basic accounting records.
- Support bank reconciliation and follow up on missing entries or documents.
- Reconcile inventory reports with books and highlight mismatches for review.
- Maintain supporting documents for accounts, purchases, sales and dispatch records.
- Coordinate with the senior accountant / CA team for tax, compliance and finalization work.
Requirements:
- Graduate candidates with basic accounts knowledge may apply.
- Freshers are welcome if they are detail-oriented and comfortable with numbers.
- Basic English is enough; candidate should be comfortable with invoices, documents and computer entries.
- This is a day-to-day accounting role, not a senior tax/audit/finalization role.
