Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage our company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will oversee bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance to ensure the company’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations.
• Support inventory-related accounting processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the distribution or warehousing industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
