Job Description
- Recording daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate ledgers, and organizing invoices, vouchers, and documentation.
- Assisting with processing invoices, vendor payments, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Performing bank reconciliations and verifying ledger entries to ensure accuracy.
- Assisting with tax calculations (TDS, GST), filing returns, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Utilizing accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or MS Excel to process data efficiently.
- Track inventory levels, including raw materials and finished goods, to prevent stockouts or overstocking
