Job Description


Broadly, roles and responsibilities is classified as follows

 Invoicing of Bills {Sales & Purchase}.

 Maintenance of Books of Accounts { Sales / Purchase ) Register & Ledger

 Maintenance of Day Book.

 Bank Reconciliation and passing Journal Voucher in Tally.

 GST Workings calculations.

 Stock Maintenance and updation in Tally

 Following up with counterparties for payment and reconciliation of vendor account statement

 Coordination with Auditor office for statutory requirements

 Liaison with Bank authorities.

 Maintenance of the loan accounts of the company and documenting it wherever applicable.

 Maintenance of salary register and generation of salary slip.

 Maintenance of petty cash book

 Calculation & Deduction of TDS wherever applicable.

 Any other related work pertaining to accounting and office.
