Finance & Accounts

Executives (FAEs)Roles: 

·        Maintaining financial records: This involves keeping track of all the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and receipts.

·        Processing financial transactions: FAEs process financial transactions like payments to vendors and suppliers, and collections from customers.

·        Preparing financial reports: They create financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, which provide insights into the company's financial health.

·        Reconciling bank statements: Regularly matching the company's bank records with bank statements to ensure accuracy.

·        Managing accounts payable and receivable: This involves tracking money owed to vendors (accounts payable) and money owed by customers (accounts receivable). FAEs ensure timely payments and collections..

Responsibilities: 

·        Accuracy and attention to detail: Since FAEs work with financial data, ensuring its accuracy is paramount. Even minor errors can have significant consequences.

·        Communication skills: FAEs need to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
