Job Description
We are seeking a skilled accounts executive to manage our bookkeeping responsibilities, including maintaining financial records such as purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. The role involves working closely with our accounting auditor team daily. Duties include processing accounts payable and receivable, managing invoices, tax payments, payment followups, and tracking daily sales and expenses. Additionally, the candidate will cross-check vendor invoices, match them with contract rates, and ensure proper record-keeping according to auditor requirements. The ideal candidate should have accounting knowledge, be proficient in TALLY, and familiar with accounting software. Ultimately, the bookkeeper's main responsibility is to accurately record all daily financial transactions of our company.
